  We had a wonderful time at this establishment. The value for money was remarkable (gourmet menu with 4 courses). Originality, flavors, and masterful cooking were all present. This establishment deserves a culinary award given the quality of the service provided. Comminges finally has a gourmet restaurant where you can truly enjoy yourself.

  My wife and I had dinner there last night and had a wonderful time. We opted for the eight-course tasting menu, and each course was as good as the last. It was very original, beautifully presented, delicious, and well-balanced. The service was very friendly. The food is clearly up to the standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the prices reflect that: €95 for eight courses. However, we were very disappointed with the wine pairing. €37 per person for five glasses of wine, with rather mediocre quality and ridiculously small portions. €74 for two people, and I think that in ten glasses, we had less than the equivalent of a bottle. They really lacked a sommelier, and the waitress, although very friendly, admitted to having no knowledge of red wine. My advice is therefore to avoid the wine pairing and instead consult the wine list to best complement your excellent meal. For comparison, the next day we went to the restaurant Comme Chez Papa et Maman, where we were served an excellent Terrasses du Larzac at €4.50 a glass, with a very generous portion (and excellent food).
