The creative and passionate chef Géraldine Portoles works with fresh, local and seasonal products around innovative recipes highlighting the terroir.

      Every day, the menu changes with new culinary surprises that delight the palate. In winter, take advantage of the warmth of the fireplace to share a cocooned and gourmet moment, while in summer the outdoor terrace offers you a splendid view of the mountains and the Ariège peaks.       Open from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunchtime, Table Saint Paul is an address not to be missed for a relaxing break in Ariège. On site, prestigious guest rooms are available, as are seminar rooms for your private events. You will be delighted at Clos Cathala.

    Nous avons dîné à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma compagne dans ce lieu idyllique. Une table dressée sous un arbre séculaire, la vue sur le massif de Saint Barthélémy et une cheffe vous présentant ses préparations. Ces préparations sont excellentes, une mise en bouche craquante, choux fleur et œuf... Puis viens l'entrée, délicieuse truite fumée des Chutes d'Aston, suivi d'une volaille accompagnée d'un succulent jus court. Nous avons pu savourer ce repas avec un joli Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Nous serions bien resté dormir dans ce bel établissement si nos entreprises n'exigeaient pas notre présence le lendemain. Encore merci.

    Un véritable écrin de bonheur aux pieds des Pyrénées ! La bâtisse est magnifique tout comme le parc avec la piscine! Géraldine et son équipe vous mettent à l’aise et on se sent comme chez soi! Que dire de la cuisine? Excellent! Des plats recherchés, fins et savoureux préparés par la cheffe de cuisine qui travaille avec des produits locaux pour égayer les papilles ! Une dernière chose à dire: on reviendra !! Célia, Maxime et Andréa, la ptite fan des animaux du clos cathala😊
