• Loures-Barousse Lake : this is a friendly place where you can go fishing, from March to the end of September. There is also a treetop adventure course and a restaurant. Please note that swimming is prohibited.
• Hiking : The area around Loures-Barousse is ideal for walking, with circuits such as the Chemin des Palombières in Saint-Pé-d'Ardet and the Circuit des Deux Ourses starting from Mauléon-Barousse. They offer beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the valley.
• Snow : the city is part of the Toulouse Pyrenees region and is located close to the Nistos ski resort which is a cross-country ski resort.
