The Verrière restaurant is a real family story, open since September 2019 in the heart of the historic Carmelite district, a stone's throw from the covered market and the car park at 7 rue Joutx Aigues. Chef Hervé Bourg and his team offer seasonal cuisine using fresh produce in close collaboration with local suppliers.
We mainly work on surprise menus discovered in four or five stages. Atypical restaurant at the front of a grocery store opens onto a double room. The first privileges discretion with an intimate and cozy atmosphere, we then access the main room under a magnificent glass roof which gave its name to the restaurant. You will find a natural atmosphere including an entirely plant wall.
Finally, we also have a private space in a Toulouse vaulted room with the charm of our bricks for all your private or professional events. We advocate a friendly and warm service with more than 100 wine references from conventional to natural at La Verrière !
