VORACE – The Art of Neapolitan Pizza in the Heart of Comminges

Just a short walk from the center of Saint-Gaudens, in the heart of the Comminges region, VORACE is a pizzeria that will not leave you indifferent! Open evenings only from Tuesday to Saturday, this establishment welcomes you like family, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, for dining in or takeaway.

Florian, a self-taught chef who honed his skills in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants for about ten years, puts all his know-how and love of cooking into offering you the best possible pizzas.

Artisanal pasta with long fermentation (48 to 96h), made from Italian flour and local ancient wheat, exceptional fresh Italian products from the craftsmanship of the Puglia region, known for its rich terroir, but also meticulously selected fresh local products.
Everything here is homemade, from the pesto to the amazing cookies !

It is the only pizzeria in Comminges to offer Neapolitan pizzas cooked in a wood fire — and as you already know, nothing beats cooking in a wood fire.

You will find classic recipes such as the Margherita or the 4 Cheese, but also original and seasonal creations.
You're bound to find at least one recipe that suits you and makes your mouth water … if not all of them!

VORACE also offers a fine range of local artisanal drinks : iced teas, kombuchas, as well as local and organic wine and beers.
