      Michel MARTIN, chef and pastry chef, offers a menu with homemade recipes. A small menu, certainly, but made with passion, two starters and two main courses offered permanently and a starter and a main course that changes according to the market and the Chef's mood. A terrace for sunny days and a private room for your events are available in our restaurant located in Haute Garonne in Cassagnabère-Tournas.


      Schedules :

      • All week from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
      • Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

    We had a lovely evening enjoying delicious, authentic local dishes. The sweetbreads, which I'd never tried before, were excellent, as was the duck breast. The owner, Michel, is passionate about his region and shares its history with us through his food and anecdotes.

    I ordered a paella for a birthday party for 12 people, which was a real disappointment. It had no flavor, rice for at least 25 people, and it was overcooked, which wasn't what I asked for, and I won't say what we found, which ruined everyone's appetite. Thank you for this ruined lunch! When you can't handle this kind of order, you don't commit!
