Experience a unique experience in an unusual setting ! The GC welcomes you all year round, 7 days a week, on the shores of Lake Montréjeau, 20 minutes from Saint-Gaudens. With gourmet cuisine, a friendly atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of the lake, you've found the perfect place to treat yourself.

Your eyes will be delighted before your taste buds, facing Lake Montréjeau, which offers magnificent sunsets to be observed from the GC terrace. Open for lunch and dinner, it offers a simple and gourmet menu consisting of meat, fish or salads (try the emblematic GC salad!). At lunchtime, a daily menu is served for €17 with a starter, a main course and a dessert, all homemade with local and seasonal products. Proud of his terroir, the owner of the place calls on the Suberbielle pastry shop in Montréjeau to serve a delicious Millasson, a regional specialty in the shape of a canelé flavored with lemon and orange blossom. For cheeses, it is the Fromagers du Mont-Royal who will delight you at the end of the meal, or in the main courses. Book with your eyes closed, the GC is the perfect place to meet up with friends or family at aperitif time to share some Spanish tapas before dinner.

You'll love putting your feet in the sand to sip a fresh fruit smoothie, a cocktail or a light beer. The GC restaurant opens its terrace below in June or September from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. to nibble as you like. Paninis, fries or hot dogs, order your favorite recipe! Ice creams and waffles are offered for snacks to satisfy every little craving during the day. A few times a year, themed evenings are organized, such as a white evening in partnership with Moët et Chandon this summer. Groups are also welcome at the GC, which cooks a tailor-made menu, organizes cocktails and buffets according to your wishes. As you will have understood, at the GC, we feast all year round, and for any occasion !
