From the Farm to the Table of AYZI, it is quite simply the concept of the restaurant. Alain, Yan and Camille breeders in Ouzous, 3km from Argeles Gazost offer the meats they produce themselves.
The calves are reared under the mother and exclusively on the milk of their mother and some "feeders". You will be able to enjoy the juiciest and most tender meat. Throughout the year the cows graze the grass of the meadows or the grass of the mountains in the summer pastures. In winter they are fed fodder. Their tender and tasty meat will surprise your taste buds.
The farm is certified in organic farming to promote sustainable practices that respect the environment.
The other products (milk, cream, butter, vegetables, ice cream, cheese) come from neighbouring farms to make up exceptional dishes and menus.
Open all year round from Monday to Saturday for lunch and Friday and Saturday evening.
