We had booked two consecutive nights (via two separate reservations) and the manager confirmed by phone that we could keep the same room. When we arrived, with our 1-year-old child, she told us we had to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. and couldn't return until 4:00 p.m. When we explained that it was unmanageable with a baby and his belongings, she became angry, refused to offer any solution, then insulted us and kicked us out. We had to find emergency accommodation. Reading other reviews, we noticed that this type of behavior had already been reported by other travelers. We travel frequently, and this is the first time we've encountered such an experience, both in terms of substance and style.

We celebrated our wedding in this charming place, we had a great time, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, we recommend this restaurant where the dishes are as good as they are beautiful. Thank you to the whole team.

Ancolie Room - 3 nights. Unpleasant welcome (payment required upon arrival) Proclaimed a bed and breakfast, but breakfast not included, no special offer offered upon our arrival. Beware of the BIG supplement for dogs (€12/night!)! One of the mattresses needs replacing (cracked) and you can't lie down without suffering: double bed = single bed. VMC seemed broken. Old building = nice but poor soundproofing. Cleaning could be improved (contact lenses found near the sink). Dark shower, water restrictions in the region; the manager took the opportunity to prohibit the use of the bathtub, which was large and comfortable (which is shameful given that vigi eau.gouv.fr indicates that only swimming pools should not be filled)... Pros: mountain view and relaxing atmosphere, if you overlook the shortcomings of the reception, access to the outdoor jacuzzi included, and reasonable prices for a beautiful room. I hope this review will help to improve the negative points mentioned that affected our stay.
