    • Located in the heart of the mountains, the Pyrenees Animal Park is home to around 100 different species and nearly 500 animals spread over 14 hectares of nature.

The park offers optimal living conditions for the emblematic species of the Pyrenees (brown bears, wolves, marmots, ibex, etc.), but also for species from completely different horizons (red panda, lemurs, gibbons, etc.).

Moreover, the Pyrenees Animal Park is now one of the largest semi-free animal parks in Europe. This place of conservation and protection works to safeguard endangered species and welcomes many births and new species each year. This 2023 season, you will be able to come and meet bat-eared bats, bush dogs or even splendid colorful birds in the heart of the immersive aviaries.

Possibility of sleeping on site in the three ecolodges (bears, black wolves, gray wolves, etc.) or living the experience of being a keeper for a day close to the animals.

We stayed overnight in one of the lodges. What an amazing experience. The parc is very clean and tidy, with well cared for animals. It is not very easy for people with disabilities. as the paths can be very steep.

Been several times over the years with the family and it’s always a great day out. A bit pricey for a large family but still worth it. The food was good and only a little overpriced. Shop was expensive.

Amazing. Well worth a visit, in fact it is worth doing a detour just to visit this park. The displays just get better as you walk further around the park. Great range of animals to see and the keepers are really friendly and willing to share their knowledge. All the ones I spoke to had very good English too. The cafe that is half way is very good too. The only area that required a bit of effort was a steep climb to see the mountain type goats, but this path is optional. Not expensive either. I will definitely go again!

Awesome day out. Animals looked healthy, some of the areas smaller than would expect and some of the English translations are a bit off but a really fun day out.

A really good zoo, well thought out enclosures with some animals free to wander amongst you (particularly liked the lemurs). The visit takes at least 2 hours and some parts are a bit steep (although...

The enclosures of some of the animals, are really small. There were no shows, no scheduled shows and the only interaction was with the birds that get the full points which would otherwise have been...
