From Farm to Table at AYZI, that's simply the concept of the restaurant. Alain, Yan and Camille, breeders in Ouzous, 3km from Argeles Gazost, offer the meats they produce themselves.
The calves are raised under the mother and exclusively on the milk of their mother and a few "fed" ones. You can enjoy the most juicy and tender meat. Throughout the year the cows graze on the grass of the meadows or that of the mountains in the summer pastures. In winter, they are fed on fodder. Their tender and tasty meat will surprise your taste buds.
The farm is certified organic to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
Other products (milk, cream, butter, vegetables, ice cream, cheese) come from neighboring farms to create exceptional dishes and menus.
Open all year round from Monday to Saturday every lunchtime and Friday and Saturday evenings.
