For three generations, the Ferme de la Bouriette, located in Revel in the Lauragais region, has been perpetuating traditional breeding of Blonde d'Aquitaine beef cattle. On a 50-hectare farm classified as High Environmental Value (HVE), Ludovic Marty raises his cows in accordance with family traditions and animal welfare. Pastures represent 70% of the land, providing the animals with a natural diet supplemented by cereals grown on site. Heir to know-how passed down from generation to generation, Ludovic is committed to preserving this responsible agriculture and sharing his passion for breeding and his land.

Direct sales of veal and beef: quality farm products

Committed to local and sustainable agriculture, Ludovic Marty offers direct sales of quality veal and beef from the farm, guaranteeing perfect traceability and a short circuit between producer and consumer. It is possible to buy the meat in different forms: 2.5 kg to 5 kg boxes, retail according to demand, but also in cans (360g and 750g) and in artisanal terrines (180g). Each piece is carefully selected to offer meat lovers tasty products from environmentally friendly breeding. Direct sales allow customers to discover the work of a passionate breeder and to taste meat raised in the wild.

Open to families and groups, the Ferme de la Bouriette offers tours to discover the daily life of a beef cattle farmer on a farm classified as HVE (High Environmental Value). Through a guided tour, young and old can observe the animals, understand the cows' diet, the reproductive cycle and watch the calves suckle at the end of the day. Several options are available: a simple tour, a tour with tasting of farm products, or gourmet events organized on site.
