Les Viviers du Comminges, an organic trout farm in Haute-Garonne

It is in Antignac, in the heart of the Pyrenees, that the Viviers du Comminges fish farm opens its doors to you, located on the banks of the Agouaou stream, also known as the Barradé stream. Since 1955, passionate breeders have been passing on their unique know-how to raise organic trout from fertilized eggs (or 1g fry) to maturity, obtaining products of rare quality with delicate white flesh.

Rainbow trout, brown trout or Arctic char, the 3 species live in rich and preserved water, fed with a food without coloring (no salmon trout), composed of organic fish and cereals. Come and meet Émilien at the Viviers du Comminges and discover the processed products made from trout raised on site.

Portion trout, sliced smoked trout or trout rillettes, everything is organic and extra fresh. The golden pearl trout eggs even received the bronze medal at the 2022 general agricultural competition, a guarantee of quality and excellence.

Sold directly from the fish farm, the trout can also be found in a few restaurants and at the Bagnères-de-Luchon market, less than 10 minutes from Antignac, giving you the opportunity to stock up on your favorite products at any time of year, except in January.
