I had a fantastic day! My twins loved the park and had so much fun! I want to emphasize that the staff was amazing despite the crowds that day! Special mention to Aimen who was very kind and helpful to us! ☺️

We came to the park on Saturday for my daughter's birthday, and the organization was a complete disaster! The reception from the man behind the cash register and at the drinks stand really needs improvement; he was very slow and unfriendly. The only person there was a very nice young woman who was running around everywhere, poor thing. Entry to the park was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but when we arrived, they told us 4:30 PM, even though we have screenshots as proof. So, of course, everything was delayed. Entry to the Circus cabin, scheduled for 4:30 PM, wasn't until around 5:00 PM—it's ridiculous! The park was so crowded, which is good for the brand, I understand, but perhaps they could limit the number of entries to make things run more smoothly, both for the employees and for us customers who book in advance! One star for the children who were able to "have fun."
