  The service is terrible. If you tell the waiters that something is wrong, they test it to confirm it with the same cutlery we were eating with. Disgusting.

  After a grueling stage of the Transpirenaica, all I could dream of was replenishing my energy. The menu promised a steak, a beacon of hope. The waitress hesitated, consulted the oracles of the kitchen, and... voilà! It was there. My joy was short-lived, or rather, my joy in a 40-minute wait that seemed like an eternity. When it arrived, the steak had a... suspicious aura. Not only did it seem to have been cooked half-heartedly, but its flavor was the very image of sadness. I let the waitress know, and this is where the experience became transcendental. Instead of taking it away or apologizing, the waitress decided to subject it to a quality test... with my cutlery. Yes, she brought my fork to her mouth to taste the delicacy. Then, she called a colleague for a second opinion, and she, without hesitation, also tasted it with the same fork. I felt like I was witnessing a culinary ritual: the "Passing of the Entrecôte" by the salivary judges. Both, with a conviction bordering on the mystical, declared: "It's good." Conclusion: Not only did they charge me for an inedible entrecôte, but I also received an extra dose of DNA courtesy of two waitresses. If you're looking for thrills, sharing cutlery with strangers, and paying for the experience, this is your place. Next time, I'd rather eat energy bars in the mountains. At least I'm the only one sucking on them.
