Inspired by Quebec, Siboire Pyrénées is the result of a Franco-Canadian partnership whose goal is to offer you a unique microbrewery experience in a stunning setting. Head to Estaing, just 20 minutes from Argelès-Gazost, to discover (soon) a place for sharing that will become a must-visit.

Nestled at an altitude of 1,000 meters in the Val d'Azun in the Hautes-Pyrénées, Hélène and Dominic, a Canadian, are developing a new project centered around hops: Siboire Pyrénées. Their desire to brew beer in the heart of the mountains was born from a Franco-Canadian partnership with Siboire, which already has three locations in Canada. The difference with Siboire Pyrénées is that the microbrewery is located in the heart of nature, giving a true identity to the draft beers brewed on-site. Throughout the year, you can find a range of six craft beers, seasonal limited-edition brews, and cans available for takeaway. Whether as an aperitif, with a meal, after a long day, or simply for enjoyment, beer is a beverage to be savored at any time at Siboire Pyrénées.
