    • The Ariège brewery is, above all, a story of passion and family. Pierre-Jean, Marie-Hélène, Bastien and the entire brewery team welcome you to introduce you to the world of brewing in a friendly atmosphere in Saint Girons, in the heart of Couserans and its 18 valleys.

      Today, with some 10,000 hectolitres sold locally per year, the Ariège brewery is a must for beer lovers throughout the region, offering a varied selection : blond, red, white, brown beers and the essential Christmas beer.

      The brewery's craft beers are made from noble and organic products from the South West, rigorously selected and with this "extraordinary water which explains the boom in paper mills".

    A wonderful surprise! La Brouche brewery is well worth a visit: a great welcome, beautiful copper vats, and truly delicious beers. A wonderful discovery that will make you want to come back. I recommend it without hesitation!

    The best beer since arriving in France. Head brewer very helpful in answering our questions. The beer is mainly sold within 100k of the brewery.

    Attention to detail makes for good beer, as does the quality of the Ariège water. Pierre-Jean Faux is a master craftsman, whose beer is served across the Couserans area.
