      There's no wrong time to enjoy delicious food, which is why Carole and José invite you year-round to savor simple yet flavorful recipes, prepared with passion. In the kitchen, José makes everything from scratch, using fresh, local produce to delight your palate. Local flavors take center stage, featuring fruits and vegetables from the neighboring greengrocer and meats sourced from sustainable agriculture, reflecting a commitment to short supply chains and a strong bond of trust between producer and chef. A vegetarian option is available upon request.

      In the dining room, Carole will present you with the menu board, offering grilled meat, fish, stews, and vegetarian options—delicious recipes that change weekly. Finish your meal with a tempting dessert and a small coffee before closing your eyes to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains.
