In a friendly and authentic setting, Corinne and Patxi welcome visitors year-round for a local culinary experience, from Bigorre to the Basque Country: blueberry tart, Pyrenean trout, mountain lamb, and much more.

In the kitchen, Patxi makes a point of cooking locally, working directly with local producers. Her cuisine, both authentic and refined, subtly blends tradition and creativity. Light sauces, carefully measured condiments, and touches of garlic or spices enhance each dish without ever overpowering it.

The milk-fed lamb, fresh trout, and even the 7-hour slow-cooked dishes (pork ribs or lamb) are all tantalizingly delicious. Homemade desserts, such as the blueberry tart with white chocolate ganache, perfectly complement the experience.

Corinne and her team provide attentive service and will guide you through a balanced wine list that's as easy on the taste buds as it is on the bill.
