Homemade, local and refined cuisine

In the kitchen, Patxi makes a point of cooking locally, working directly with local producers. Her cuisine, both authentic and refined, subtly combines tradition and creativity. Light sauces, well-balanced condiments and touches of garlic or spices enhance each dish without ever weighing it down.

The milk-fed lamb, fresh trout, and even the 7-hour slow-cooked dishes (pork ribs or lamb) are all delicious. Homemade desserts, such as the blueberry tart with white chocolate ganache, complete the experience perfectly.

Corinne and her team provide attentive service and will guide you through a balanced wine list, as gentle on the taste buds as it is on the bill.
