Kimglace Artisan Glacier Homemade artisanal ice creams in Haute-Garonne

Enjoy a warm welcome (according to visitors), ice creams with seasonal flavors, a small shaded terrace and accessible parking. The Kimglace Artisan Glacier Fabricant caravan is at the entrance to the village, in the school parking lot, at the crossroads of several hiking and cycling trails.
New fragrances can be discovered throughout the year, following the seasons, because nature decides.

All the ice creams and cones are made by hand in the laboratory of the neighboring village of Auzas (31), using fresh seasonal fruit and farm milk, mainly organic and sourced from local producers. The recipes are numerous and the secret to a delicious ice cream lies in the perfect balance of quality ingredients.
Kim found her frozen path in 2018. Attracted by the diversity and the infinite possibilities of creations, she followed training courses in the Netherlands, Italy and with international ice cream makers before obtaining her CAP Glacier Fabricant in Rodez (12). Craftsmanship, good humor and respect for nature are at Kimglace.
