It was in 2012 that Axelle and Cédric Eychenne decided to start developing their products, fruit paste and marshmallow, to begin with. Always looking for innovation, the couple quickly refined their know-how to expand their range of delicious sweet products with caramels, nougat and chocolates. The Toulouse violet, the region's star ingredient, appears in the majority of recipes: sugar, chocolate, nougat, marshmallow and fruit paste, highlighting the terroir. Manufacturing, cutting, packaging or labeling, everything is done on site to guarantee you a tasting of quality products.

Epicureans or curious, come and meet a passionate couple who welcome you to the heart of their workshop. For 1 hour, you will have the joy of attending a demonstration of marshmallow, fruit paste, nougat, caramel or chocolate production depending on your desires. Reservations are required and only offered to groups of 10 to 15 people who wish to arouse their curiosity. Continue this unique moment with a visit to the shop and leave with your artisanal delicacies!
