Their traditional cuisine puts the Ariège region at the heart of the plates from breakfast to dinner (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) without forgetting the afternoon snack, tasty dishes to enjoy on site or to take away. We had booked a Sunday in Ariège out of habit. Disappointed by the waitress's behavior, we asked for rare meat and were served something cooked more than medium. She didn't appreciate our tactful remark....what's more, the neighboring table had the same meat, but rare!!!! We were also disappointed by the menu, which was not very clear because it was designed exclusively for weekday meals!!! What about Sundays????? In short, even if the prices are reasonable, we would not recommend this restaurant.

Came on a Saturday lunchtime on the advice of locals! Varied menu and local products! The grilled food is very good, the quantities could be a little more but I really recommend it!
