- The Bistrot des Forges offers a home cooking, based on fresh local produce, preferably farm or organic.
  
  Meats from our mountains, trout from Aston, cheeses from the Orlu and Ariège Valley, fruits and vegetables from our primeur... Ariege wines and craft beer from Ariège.
  
  Zero frozen, everything is homemade !

  First weekend in April opening: 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  May/June holidays: 10 am-5pm
  Low season (May June) than weekends 1.30pm-6pm

Great local food and drink. Friendly service. Do make a reservation in the morning so you can eat at lunch time.

Good restaurant at Les Forges d'Orlu with shaded terrace. It's best to book during this tourist period. We were very well received. The servers are dynamic and friendly. The service is fast. The dishes and desserts were very good, nothing to say.

Very good address, I recommend!! Home cooking with local products, we will come back! 😁 Trout plate in 3 ways, craft draft beer, restaurant on the mountainside, efficient service, very warm welcome, very satisfied. A nice surprise :) Even the children's menu is nice (3 choices)
