A very disappointing experience indeed. As regular visitors to Balnéa every year, we discovered that the baths had gone from 40 degrees to 36... The noise throughout the entire establishment, due to children shouting and people laughing loudly in the supposedly "calm" pools, is simply unbearable. The lifeguards are barely monitoring anything (headphones glued to their phones) and, to top it off, don't even enforce the basic rules of the establishment, which is supposed to offer a relaxing experience. It feels like being at the local public swimming pool, as described in the last review. The price is excessively high: €43 for a student and an adult for the declining service. It's a shame; I won't be returning.

This is a place I've always loved and recommended, but this time I was disappointed. I hadn't been for two years and I noticed a decline in quality. The restaurant is still excellent, but one of the waitresses literally threw the dishes onto the table without a smile; thankfully, the other staff members are lovely. The indoor pools are less heated than before, but the most disappointing thing is the outdoor pool reserved for those over 12. You used to differentiate yourselves with the temperature of your pools, especially the last one, which was particularly hot. This time, it's almost cold. Furthermore, the pools seem less well-maintained, with visible deposits at the bottom. It's a shame, especially since the prices have increased, which is understandable, but the quality has declined somewhat. It's still perfectly salvageable, of course, but be warned: you really stood out in the region, and it would be a shame to lose that advantage. Visited last Saturday.

We went on a Friday afternoon in early June, avoiding the weekend. It was lovely - relatively quiet, and thoroughly enjoyable. It cost 14 Euro instead of the usual 18 Euro because the Japanese baths...

Nice meal, well presented, but so overpriced. Service terrible, staff did not appear to like their job/ be bothered about giving a decent service. At 22 euros a head i did expect much better, coffee...
