  Today I tried to book for November 22nd, and I was told it wasn't possible because they were on holiday. However, I have a gift voucher valid until November 30th, 2025, and they refused to make the effort to make a reservation for me in December because, due to illness, I couldn't use these two gift vouchers given to me by our children. The customer service is terrible and they made absolutely no effort to help. I do not recommend them and will not recommend them to anyone else. Despite the high volume of bookings, they could make an effort; it wouldn't hurt anyone and would also increase their clientele and reputation. Very disappointed...

  Great relaxing moment, depending on the time of year I noticed that the water was less hot than advertised in the Japanese bath than in the Mayan baths but with the view over the valley we forgive them.
