    Called the restaurant at 5:15 p.m. on September 21 for the evening meal, reservation ok for 7:30 p.m., we showed up, everything was closed, to make fun of customers like this, I find it very unfortunate, especially since we had planned to stay for 4 nights next month, we will not be seen and I am very angry being an All Accor customer, no respect

    As former regulars of the hotel, we simply wanted to have a drink and enjoy their pleasant terrace, a reminder of good times past. We asked if we could sit down, specifying that we weren't staying at the hotel. We were told yes and shown where to sit. We waited 30 minutes; the staff walked past us, looked at us, and offered no assistance. We weren't given a menu, and no one came to take our order, despite our repeated requests. Disappointing; it's not what it used to be.
