    • Pierrefitte-Nestalas is a commune located upstream of the Gave de Pau, in the heart of the Pyrenees. It is located near Argelès-Gazost, a larger town in the region, or near Luz-Saint-Sauveur.


      History

      The commune was served by an old railway line, the line from Lourdes to Pierrefitte-Nestalas.


      Tourism

      Due to its location in the Pyrenees, Pierrefitte-Nestalas offers access to many outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing (with the proximity of the resort of Cauterets), and other mountain sports.

      It is also located not far from the Donjon des Aigles in Beaucens.
