Really good. I have already visited other thermal baths and I must say that these are particularly good and suitable. The staff is generally friendly with obviously some cantankerous people, but they are there to highlight the others. Very positive stay.

A place of relaxation for me with two pathologies, pleasant cough and arengen. This will be the 3rd year that I have done my treatment in this establishment and still not disappointed, I am starting it again without fail.

Good morning, Very good establishment. Return to second treatment in April (much better than in November - favor spring): The staff - receptionists, spa agents or physiotherapists - are very professional. Both in terms of support and kindness and kindness throughout the journey. Lots of young people, which is nice, they are smiling, patient, friendly and not bitter. It seems that there have been a lot of retirements. The premises are beautiful, quite spacious and clean (more so than in November). The more pleasant upstairs changing rooms (recent and larger cupboard) with less waiting are not accessible in April. Bathrobes of several sizes and towels are warm and soft (a second allowed if necessary). The locker room staff are lovely. A small tea/coffee/infusion room (with small biscuits offered on Mondays) appreciated (in April closed between 12 and 2 p.m.). On-site service exclusively. Parking: 1€ per half day with proof of treatment document. But there are plenty of free places further afield, which are now rare in the towns. And you have to walk. The thermal baths are ideally located close to walks. Negative points Reception areas: always waiting. Only one open and not enough hostesses. Access being free without security (no separation between hall and corridor/staircase) and the reception areas closed, onlookers come to visit between noon and two, without shoe protection or accompaniment, which is rather average in terms of hygiene and discretion. In addition, depending on the rather humid weather currently, this lack of separation cools the passage between treatments which is rather unpleasant when passing after the baths, it is better to favor the elevator. Illutation care: rather disparate, less generous in quantity and random procedure depending on the agents - few in number - too bad. Why set appointment times? Spa guests are taken according to their arrival! What about the call list?? As long as you are not seated in front of the door number assigned to you (due to lack of space) you can always wait to be noticed (20 minutes of waiting after the time, plus the 15 minutes after the pool).. advice: you arrive, you place yourself - even standing - in front of the doors, you give your name and your appointment time. Obligation to report to the locker room 20 minutes before the treatment (normal). But why prohibit access a few minutes earlier? Not all spa guests are accommodated in town and on foot. Time to find parking, plus the queue at the locker room (the only one on the ground floor) arriving just at the time of the treatment appointment... rather stressful, no? Instead of taking the time to prepare, go and wait quietly in the super pleasant (and empty) solarium. The agents suddenly make derogatory remarks (on both sides). The obligatory 30 minutes of relaxation could correspond to this moment (the wait between treatments largely compensates).

The establishment looks huge from the outside but it remains on a human scale once inside and it is easy to navigate because rectangular in shape and signage is well established. In April there is no...

Very pleasant and accommodating staff overall. The thermal agents try to satisfy the spa guest most of the time.
