I'm very disappointed with this spa. It's like a factory; treatments last 10 minutes, and after ten minutes, an alarm goes off each time to move on to the next client. It's clear that the staff is exhausted by this succession of treatments and still does everything they can to be pleasant. The man who runs the free pool station is odious and speaks very rudely to people, and what's surprising is that apparently everyone complains about it, but this man continues without being bothered by management! You can buy additional mud sessions, but when I ask to get back the treatment I missed on the first day, they use the excuse that it can be dangerous for your health to have two on the same day. The mud isn't applied directly to the skin, even though the minerals penetrate much more when it's in direct contact with the skin. There's no space to soak in a cold water bath, even though it's practiced in all wellness centers and is known to stimulate blood circulation and help relieve pain. What a shame to have turned such an old place into a factory, and what a disappointment these three weeks were for me. I nevertheless thank the kind people who provided me with the treatments, wish them good luck, and hope they take care of themselves too.

This is the third year I've come and I had a perfect schedule. Little waiting between each treatment, extreme kindness of very attentive staff to our well-being.
