Treatment from June 1st to 21st Hello, This is my third year at the Cauterets Thermal Baths. Personally, I am extremely satisfied with the service, since the goal, let's not forget, is a reduction in pain, especially over the long term. What I appreciate: less frequent and slower morphine and Accupan injections throughout the year. Likewise, real muscle relaxation, as the daily care is essential to reduce stress on the joints. The facilities are clean. The staff is pleasant; I appreciate the friendly atmosphere among the caregivers, which was particularly reassuring during my first year. The staff's attitude makes us feel that our individuality is well taken into account. However, when I see that some people commented that they had detergent in their eyes, I find that untrue. Since I started coming here, everything is cleaned before we even enter. I've never seen a staff member clean anything in our presence. They clean first, and then we go in. In any case, I want to thank Jacquie very much; she's a master of the mud treatment, you can really feel her experience with this technique. It's from her expertise that we can train high-quality staff in mud management. I also want to thank all the girls at the baths and the penetrating showers. They are so pleasant and always smiling. And the mud trainees whose names I've forgotten (so I'll just say "the young Venetian blonde with her hair tied back" and the kind young brunette who also worked at the penetrating showers). And it's also incredibly helpful to have the same physiotherapist for three weeks. Thank you, Diego, who really eased the pain in my shoulders. In any case, thank you to everyone. And I maintain that the services improve every year. Thank you to the new Management Team and to Doctor Carlier.

The communications team is very attentive; if you have a problem, contact Azilis from the communications department – she's incredibly efficient.
