  This hotel is not a 4-star hotel, it was one of the worst customer service experiences i ever had. There's a guy named Timothy w bushy hair who who works at the front desk. First of all, when I walked in he took his sweet time with whoever he was on the phone with and didn't even look at me or say hi. I think I must have stood there for a solid 5 minutes, while he slowly dragged out the conversation. I'm not one of those people who has no patience, but I can tell when someone doesn't care if you're there or not. Secondly, he completely failed to tell me any features of my room. Including the fact that you have to put your key card in to a slot in order for the electricity to work. Including the fact that there was a microwave and oven, plates. Cutlery, a refrigerator, everything. Everything basically everything was behind cabinets and nothing was explained to me. Not only the this caused me to go down and tell him that I thought the electricity was out, but I also spent more time waiting for him to get off the phone later to grab a plate from downstairs when I could have just had it in my room. Even then he didn't tell me that I had all this Cutlery and plates in my room. I told him very clearly that I had never been to Toulouse before and this was my first time there. Given that, you would thank somebody in hospitality would specifically tell you these basic things. He also didn't tell me how the metal shutters went up and down so I spent like 10 minutes figuring that out. Basically I had one night into Lou's and I lost about an hour because of Timothy's lazy, narcissitic incompetence. I was also shocked when he offered me his personal what's app # for me to check something. Maybe I shouldn't have been because it just goes along with this whole unprofessional theme. I think this guy needs to find a new job. His co-worker was a little nicer but lamely gave the incredibly dumb excuse that he "has a lot of work." Every single interaction I had with him, I was literally the only person standing in front of him. So no. I've also worked in hospitality and know it takes nothing but a second to acknowledge someone and apologize for making them wait. I will not be staying here or recommending it ever.

  Excellent, super-spacious room with a terrace with a partial pool view. The small table for meals in a relaxed atmosphere was appreciated. Super attentive staff. The kitchen was well-equipped and even included a toaster, which was appreciated. A Nespresso machine was missing, as it only had traditional drip coffee. The bathroom was well-equipped with amenities that smelled very good. However, the sink drained slowly, and the shower almost overflowed. Three good closets. A beautiful and comfortable living room. A Smart TV. Good Wi-Fi. A supermarket was nearby, easily accessible from the area's attractions. Many restaurants and a bakery were right outside the door. An ice machine was available in the lobby. Adequate parking, subject to reservation. It's not very spacious. Excellent value for money.

  Central location Spacious and well-designed room Small drawback: no full-length mirror for dressing and insufficient lighting... Cleaning was done after a 3-day stay, which wasn't adequate...
