The rooms are poorly lit with hardly any light and not well cleaned. The balcony, chimney, curtains, table, toaster, coffee machine everything is so dirty, it seems it never ever got cleaned. Very poor housekeeping, happens once in 3 days which is also forgotten by them if you don't pay attention and call. They keep all the dirty mop, towels fresh towel and bedsheets together. Make your bed without washing hands after cleaning the bathroom. Coffee/ tea nothing was replenished after day 1. For 180 euro a day this is not what you expect. Also, very less options for a 18 euro breakfast buffet.

Start with the positives. The location is excellent for exploring central Toulouse. The rooms are a good size, I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and this could easily sleep 2 adults and 2 children...
