The location is exceptional for walking everywhere. The rooms and breakfast are good. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, but there's one receptionist who leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes for a poor review. He's very unfriendly and gets annoyed if you don't pronounce his language correctly. And worst of all, I paid a €100 deposit that they told me would be refunded at the end of my trip. It's been 18 days and I'm still waiting for the refund.
