Fronton vineyard Production of authentic wines in Fronton

In the southwest of France, between the Tarn and the Garonne, the Fronton vineyard extends over twenty communes around the authentic city of Fronton.

In this small appellation area of barely 2,400 hectares, the terroir offers you heartfelt wines of which the people of Toulouse are the first ambassadors. From the left bank of the Tarn, going down towards Toulouse and the Garonne, you can see three old terraces of the Tarn, delimiting three terroirs which give their identity to the wines of Fronton :

• Les Boulbènes : alluvium composed of pebbles, gravel, sand and silt.
• Les Rougets : clayey silty soils.
• Gravel : numerous pebbles and gravel on the surface resting on deep layers of clay.
