At an altitude of 1600m, facing the Pic du Midi in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, Louisette welcomes you and shares a moment of pleasure with you, offering you her local cuisine.
A delicious restaurant since 1905
It is the grandmother of Louisette who opened the Auberge du Lienz in 1905, in the same place where she is today. Originally it was a dairy farm and the taste for good local things remained there. Here, you will enjoy generous plates, well presented and embellished with fragrant and colorful flowers.

In winter, make room for tasting plates quickly served and invigorating, you have no time to waste on your day of skiing, but you still want to eat like gourmets? It's the perfect place at the foot of the slopes! And for coffee, will you take a sunbath on the chairs facing the slopes?
In summer, change of scenery, the nature is green and offers you a grandiose panorama. You sit comfortably at the table and local products are offered. You have time to enjoy and if the day is sunny, have an aperitif outside, always on the deckchairs, facing the steep mountains that watch you!
Local products, know-how in cooking
Louisette and her team know how to prepare the traditional products, all the gastronomy of the Pyrenees was given RDV at the Inn of Lienz. You will enjoy pork feet, Garburre, tender and juicy lamb chops, candied pork jerks, potatoes and other vegetables direct from local market gardeners. Here, no compromise: everything is local and delicious.
Do you like desserts ? Melt for a blueberry pie or another daily treat, cook with know-how and... love !
Do you have a little spare time ? Take an aperitif or a digestive and do not miss the tasting of poppies liqueur prepared by Louisette.
