Hello...we went to this restaurant last night, a complete disaster! We ordered a warm goat cheese salad...paid 15 euros...no problem, since we really wanted a warm goat cheese salad...in reality, we were served a green salad...with bits of Gruyère cheese...dried tomatoes...and two breaded goat cheese patties...lost in the salad and, to top it all off, without any dressing...we had to ask for sauce on the side...so we were very disappointed, and the icing on the cake was the dessert...cannelloni with cream, or at least I think it was frozen...the pastry was so dry it crumbled to bits, and it cost 7.50 euros! In short, a total disappointment, especially since at the till...no apologies...not sorry at all...with a very nonchalant attitude...the owner! So-called, according to her... this young woman certainly didn't go to hotel school... and when we asked her to at least offer some compensation for two uneaten desserts costing €15!!!!! No response....and no gesture...so I do not recommend this restaurant. We are in Saint Gaudens, not Paris...if she treats all her customers the same way and with such nonchalance...we wish her a bright future!!!! Luckily, her lovely mother and brother on the Place de la Collégiale....they truly deserve a long life in the restaurant business....in fact, we had gone to another restaurant that we imagined to be of the same quality...alas, a big mistake that will not be repeated!!!! Run away...run away....

Brilliant idea, and now it's a reality! You choose everything to create your own pasta dish. Delicious, generous portions, pleasant atmosphere, and a very warm welcome. Highly recommended! 👍

The new owner offers a variety of pasta dishes, which is interesting. However, I was a little disappointed with my meal. I ordered pasta with pistachio cream sauce, but I received pasta with a very salty green pesto and pistachio shavings... The staff knew it wasn't pistachio pesto as indicated on the menu, but I wasn't informed, and I probably would have chosen a different dish! As for dessert, the tiramisu was a bit runny... However, even though I was disappointed, overall the value for money is still reasonable.
