  Disappointing. We rented an apartment for 4 people outside school holidays for 5 days 4 nights. To our great surprise, the balcony overlooked neither the slopes nor the landscape (on the presentation of the residence it is well noted: "you will dominate the slopes and the landscape" and further "Exceptional view of the resort and the surrounding peaks"), but on the residence opposite and on the arrival of the skyvall, superb panorama!!! which is, for me, false advertising. We told reception about our disappointment, and we were told that they favored the view of the slopes over weekly rentals and that the residence was in any case full, which surprised me a little at this time. I find it a shame that the prices are the same regardless of the view, at worst it would be more judicious if there was a choice when booking with a lower price. There was cheese left by previous tenants in an unlit fridge. The apartment is very poorly soundproofed, from 7 a.m. we had the impression that our upstairs neighbor was moving and in the living room we had the noise of the skyvall operating and in the evening from 6 p.m. we started talking again with the neighbor. The TV has a very poor signal, it pixelates all the time. We reported some small malfunctions, a technician had to come, we are still waiting for him. The bathroom is very small, but functional nonetheless. The bedding of the large bed needs to be reviewed. Otherwise the apartment itself is not too bad, well equipped, and clean. Pleasant staff at the reception. Anyway, we will not come back.

  Apartment largely under-equipped (only one frying pan and one saucepan for a family of 6, that's just right, right?) Barely room to go around the bed, tiny rooms. Shabby bedding that hurts your back. The worst: I was forced to do the cleaning, even though I had paid the cleaning fee, and I was threatened with keeping the deposit if I didn't do it, as well as the removal of the sheets, the descent of the sheet bag, etc. I had an 18 month old baby outside in his stroller in -3 degrees who was left in the cold for 30 minutes because of this.

  we showed up at 4 p.m. on Christmas Day at reception. The manager was in conversation with a friend. He refused to provide us with the keys to the apartment "don't come back before 5 p.m.". We had 2 bags I can't keep them for you I don't have room" ... Nice welcome;;; noisy residence and small apartment I won't come back
