  Terrible value for money. Tired and stingy. The photos' are heavily edited. The accommodation is very poor. The service is worse. You pay extra for tiny towels and poor sheets. They provide you with one dishwasher tablet, one sachet of cleaning soap, one toilet roll, no kitchen towel, no coffee etc. and there is no shop. They expect you to clean, but do not give you the equipment. The vacuum is useless. Of course you must make and clear the beds. This would be fine at a low 'hostel' type price point, but the booking info and price promise a level of service / luxury that the venue does not deliver at all. The whole place is just awful value. It was half empty on the busiest weekend of August and it is no surprise why. Do not come here. There are independent Air-bnb places nearby instead.

  Avoid this residence! Dilapidated, accommodation that doesn't match the descriptions or photos! The third bedroom, described as having two single beds, is actually a 2m² cabin. A single bed has been added to the room with a double bed! Aging apartment! We had to replace the refrigerator, which was broken upon arrival (a miniature fridge! Don't expect to store groceries for six people!) The reception staff are completely scornful and look down on you! No advice given on activities at the resort! Even upon arrival to receive the keys, they ask your children to stay outside without even a hello! We've been traveling to the mountains in the summer for over 10 years, and this is the first time we've been treated like this. The pool is closed two days a week, and the water is freezing! No chairs or loungers to sit on; you have to lie on the ground, even without any belongings (books or anything else) because everything is forbidden! If you want to relax, run away! The scenery is beautiful, but that doesn't save the welcome and the unpleasant, incompetent staff!
