  L'emplacement de cette station est idéal, ce qui rend l’expérience d’autant plus décevante. Les appartements manquent clairement d’entretien et de propreté, mais le plus problématique reste l’attitude du personnel. Celui-ci s’est montré irrespectueux, agressif et parfois même menaçant, avec une intolérance flagrante envers les enfants. Le directeur, loin d’apaiser les situations, adopte un comportement inacceptable : cris, absence de dialogue et aucun effort de compréhension. Une gestion hystérique et autoritaire qui gâche totalement le séjour. Dommage qu’un si bon emplacement soit terni par un tel manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients. Monsieur le Directeur, votre rôle implique responsabilité, sang-froid et respect, des qualités qui ont fait défaut !!! À la lecture des commentaires négatifs, ce témoignage ne fait que confirmer la réalité de votre établissement.

  Aside from the setting and its proximity to the slopes, this is the only positive thing that warrants a star in this establishment. The apartments are dirty: smelly and sticky carpets, baseboards black with dust, and insufficiently washed dishes. The shower grout is moldy, as is the shower curtain. The staff is obnoxious, aggressive, dishonest, and slanderous, including the manager. This residence presents itself as "family-friendly," but the experience was quite different. Although the pool is officially accessible to children, our experience clearly led us to believe that they are not welcome. At four years old, it's normal for a child to make noise or experience moments of frustration, yet the slightest misbehavior quickly escalates the situation. It's very regrettable.

  The location is great, but that's about it. The staff is catastrophic, disrespectful, and that's putting it mildly. The manager, for his part, is just like his team. Aside from the lies spread about us, their remarks and attitudes were very inappropriate. The almost violent behavior of the person at the spa reception is intolerable. I really wonder how the owner of this establishment manages not to address these problems, which are clearly the norm, judging by the comments. Despite the perfect location, right at the foot of the slopes, I will certainly never return! I sincerely hope that with all these reviews on this page, the staff will finally change their behavior. It gives a bad image of the residence (where the apartments are very nice) and the resort. Mr. Manager, a little courage and honesty wouldn't hurt you.
