  Beautiful location in a charming village at the foot of the Val Louron and Peyragudes (accessible by cable car). Check-in was extremely complicated. It was impossible to arrive before 4:00 PM, and there was a 45-minute wait to get the key. The two hosts were completely overwhelmed, although charming. The online check-in system was not working. It wouldn't have been useful anyway. No skip-the-line!

  A disgrace. The staff are unpleasant, rude to guests, and condescending even when they ask a simple question. The apartment is ridiculous, the bedroom is so cramped you can touch the wall with your head and feet. There was pet hair everywhere; I had several asthma attacks. The amenities are extremely basic, with dirty pillows and blankets that are reused without being washed. Don't walk around barefoot or in socks; it's filthy. They take advantage of being right at the foot of the slopes to charge a price that doesn't reflect the quality at all. We also slept very poorly due to the loud noise from other apartments.
