  I am very satisfied with our stay at this Vacancéole residence in Luchon. I found the apartment very functional. Its location is ideal in the town center, close to all the ski lifts but also many shops and cafes and restaurants. I had to come on a day when the reception was closed but even if I was a little apprehensive, everything was perfectly organized, I received a text message from Audrey (who was great during our stay) with all the instructions, to get in, collect the keys and the parking badge. The parking is a real plus because it is otherwise complicated to park in the center of Luchon. Many hiking trails can be started on foot without taking the car as well. If you follow the instructions on arrival and departure, there are no problems as I have seen in some comments. For those who have already taken Vacancéole, it is a habit, sheets and towels placed on the bed on arrival in a bag, and returned in a bag chosen on departure. The apartment was clean, with all the appliances and utensils needed for the stay. Good value for money for staying in the center of Luchon. I personally could have done with a small improvement in the inventory list on the kitchen doors. It mentions, for example, a hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner, which aren't in the apartment but can be requested at reception. I'll be back very soon. Thanks to Audrey, who was very responsive to my requests.
