  Very disappointed. A dilapidated apartment. They did some home staging inside but forgot about the exterior. The balcony wasn't maintained, so the balcony chairs and tables were gray and dirty. The living room doesn't have a bed, just a sofa bed, a wooden table and bench from the 70s. The TV is a flat screen. 🤣 Even laptop screens are bigger. The bathroom, surprise: a 3m² room with a shower and a toilet. The shower is impossible for an adult to turn around in; once in, you're touching the walls on either side, shoulder to shoulder. The toilet is majestic; once you sit on it, your knees touch the wall at best, if you're of "normal" height. The bedroom only has two single beds, no double bed. The building is in complete decay, even dangerous in some places (see photos in other reviews, which are always accurate). In summer, access to the pool is only available from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and it's closed two days a week: find the mistake! We'll also overlook the rudeness of the managers who pass you by; it's not a big city either, and they don't even say "hello." In short, we're used to hotel residences, but at this level, we'd never tried anything like it, and luckily for us.

  The Prévillege residence is very bad, the beds are uncomfortable, we have night tables above our heads which means that every morning I bang my head against the edge, duvets with an unbearable smell we feel the discomfort, the carpets smell like rotten eggs for a century already, very small accommodation very cramped for 5 people with super small toilets, the staff are rather nice, the restaurants in the residence close super early for people who would like to dine in the evening, activities also close super early so the children get bored, very dirty accommodation and in addition we will have to clean before our departure whereas at the start it was not done, swimming pool inaccessible for swimsuits in combination shorts tee shirt (swim shorts) rather tight swimsuits that you order us we feel the discomfort, no parking (garage) under the accommodation, when we left we had to go back and forth for our super heavy suitcases it was unbearable and exhausting. Unpleasant atmosphere
