  The apartment was of very high quality, clean, and extremely well-equipped. However, the bedding was very poor; the mattress was incredibly hard, making it feel like sleeping on a board. It's a shame because otherwise it would deserve 5 stars, as I've rarely seen such a well-designed and well-equipped apartment. We only stayed two nights, but I couldn't have stayed another.

  The accommodation was quite comfortable and rather well located. The terrace was very nice. However, it was quite noisy in the morning due to the garbage trucks that pass by at 5:00 AM. Parking was nearby, which was quite convenient. However, the residence staff provided no information to facilitate our arrival. It was virtually impossible to reach the reception team by phone. When we did manage to get through to someone, they were unable to provide information about purchasing packages. This is a shame, as it's easily visible right next to the residence. Bed linen and towels were not included in the accommodation upon our arrival, even though we had paid for them. We had to call the emergency number and were made to understand that it was our fault. The reception hours were not respected, and the reception staff, although friendly, clearly lacked professionalism. The sauna and hammam were out of order during our stay, which was not mentioned at reception or at the entrance to the spa.
