  All apartments include a fully equipped kitchenette, a furnished balcony, a television, a hairdryer, linen and towels, WIFI access, comfortable 160 cm bedding (and a bunk bed for the T3).
  Services offered: WIFI, large parking, large shaded terrace, large outdoor swimming pool (17mx8m) open from mid-June to mid-September, free shuttle in winter to the Ax 3 Domaines cable car (10 minutes), luggage service. Domaine la Vallée d'Ax-Vacancéole is an excellent choice for a stay in Ariège. It offers comfortable, well-equipped apartments that are perfect for recharging your batteries with family or friends. The residence's main advantage is its peaceful, natural setting. The location is very convenient, not far from the village of Ax-les-Thermes and the cable car, making it easy to reach the ski slopes or the town center. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the reception even prepared a binder with all the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Normally, reception should open at 4 p.m. Thursday, they opened reception at 4:20 p.m. It's scandalous, especially when the customers are tired from the road. I don't understand why reception isn't open at 2 p.m. in the middle of the season. Another thing today is leaving at 8 a.m. and returning the accommodation is perfect. It's 5:10 p.m. The deposit still hasn't been credited to my account. This is the third rental we've had at Vacanceole. I don't know if we'll ever get it again with Vacanceole. The first two rentals went very well, but at Ax-les-Therme, I think they're taking us for fools. The accommodation we were given had a fridge with a knock on the door, a small table was all scratched, and they blocked 300 euros from our account. Upon arrival, the girl told us to leave the deposit and recredit it to the account at 5 p.m. Still no money. Rémi, I'm really disappointed.
