All our berlingots are manufactured in the store artisanly and in front of customers with 7 to 8 demonstrations per day. Workshop for children.

We welcome individuals as well as groups of children and school groups (on reservation for groups) with tastings.
There are also various fine confectionery (isard droppings, chocolate based tarbais beans, praline flakes as well as nougatine...) hot pacifier.
The speciality of berlingots in Cauterets comes from the fact that it is a spa town and the people taking the waters used to drink sulphur water and to remove this bad taste the doctors gave a candy to soften the throat. The first berlingots were honey and mint.
