Géraldine Portoles invites you to discover her gourmet restaurant located in Saint-Paul-de-Jarrat in Ariège. Chef for more than 20 years, she ran a hotel restaurant in Mirepoix, before falling in love with the Clos de Cathala estate. On this park decorated with century-old trees, the gourmet restaurant offers a menu that changes every month, made only from regional products, local products, seasonal and from small producers. Ariège is a generous, sunny region and market gardeners and breeders are committed to working the land while respecting the environment. Most of the products are organic, for pleasure, health and respect for taste!
Take a seat in the beautiful warm and friendly interior room, it can accommodate around twenty seats. In summer and as soon as the first fine days appear, the terrace with a superb view of the Ariège mountains will be a perfect place to taste the delights of La Table de Saint-Paul. Géraldine cooks everything in house, from appetizer to dessert. The cheeses come from small local producers, as do the meats, fish, vegetables, fruits...
