The domain of en Pégéni, located in the town of Saint-Julia, in the Haute Garonne, between Toulouse and Revel, is the ideal place for private events (weddings, birthdays…) and professional events (seminars, company evenings…). In the heart of the countryside, on 3ha, opening wide onto the plain, facing the Pyrenees chain, the estate offers great potential for festive events. At the gates of Toulouse, the estate offers a space of 500 m3 including a reception room of 300m2, as well as a catering area, a children's area and sanitary facilities.

The reception room, air-conditioned and ventilated, can accommodate 300 people for a seated meal. The layout of the room (in accordance with current safety and PMR standards) was carried out with the aim of preserving the authenticity of the place while giving it a touch of modernity. It is extended by a covered terrace of 150 m2.

The accommodation is made up of 2 group lodgings that can accommodate 30 people and a 6/8-person lodging. In addition, it is possible to camp on the site thanks to an adapted sanitary installation.
