La Grange de Briac Charming venue for your event in the Toulouse region

La Grange de Briac: a welcoming estate for organizing your tailor-made event near Toulouse

In La Magdelaine-sur-Tarn, just outside Toulouse, Blandine and Jean-Marie open the doors of their estate to all those who dream of a warm and welcoming event, far removed from impersonal reception venues. Here, there are no rigid protocols: the owners love nothing more than sharing their lifestyle and conveying that simple yet essential feeling: feeling at home. Wedding, christening, birthday, or simply a desire to gather with loved ones, every occasion finds its perfect solution.

A shared estate, designed for the happiness of your guests

La Grange de Briac is not your average function room: it's a living space that Blandine and Jean-Marie make available with the same warm hospitality they extend to their guests ( link to the Bed and Breakfast section ). The wooded garden and access to the swimming pool in summer provide a natural setting that is appreciated both for receptions and for relaxing between the main events of the celebration.

Another advantage: several rooms allow the event to be extended by giving guests the option of sleeping on site, without having to look for accommodation nearby.

Tailor-made venue rental packages, from a simple weekend to a turnkey event

Each event is built according to the wishes and budget of each individual. Three approaches are possible: simple weekend rental for free use, an intermediate package for weddings, baptisms or family celebrations where the client organizes their own reception while benefiting from the equipment provided, or a completely turnkey service where the estate takes care of everything.

Payment plans can be offered to make this type of reception accessible, including to those who cannot afford the large, often very expensive event properties in the Toulouse region.
