- Located in the heart of the Barguillère valley in Ariège, our workshop shapes your future knives. Passionate craftsman, Jonathan uses carbon steel to forge unique pieces and according to your desires(choice of wood, guillochage, bolsters…).
  
  From the forging of the steel blade to the assembly of the wooden handle, all the steps are carried out in the workshop. We manufacture folding knives as well as hunting and kitchen knives. The handles of the knives are made with regional wood species : walnut, boxwood, cherry… but also exotic like ebony or rosewood .

If there is a knife smith to recommend it is Jonathan Figarol. Its knives, in addition to being hand forged, are of incomparable quality and finesse. I have been using my knife for almost two years and am more than satisfied with it. This is a craftsman, a true one, in love with his profession. Whether it's for a blacksmithing course, which I recently completed, or for the purchase of a knife, you can go there with your eyes closed, it's impossible to be disappointed. You will be received by someone pleasant and competent who will not hesitate to explain to you all the steps useful for shaping your new blade. Hats off to the craftsman.

Visit carried out in a group (Club.Moto.Couffoulésien) which was fantastic. Reception and welcome by the craftsman, who presented us with his work, his forge and then carried out work on a medieval knife. Throughout this exercise, the craftsman explained the different phases to us and presented the necessary tools. could have thought they were on the reality TV show “The Best of Blacksmiths”. As an editor, for the group, I recommend this visit. In addition, at the end, he presented his works for sale to us, which pleased more than one person.
