Mission and activities

The Quai des Savoirs aims to make science accessible to all through interactive exhibitions, workshops, meetings with scientists and events. It offers a fun and experimental learning space, encouraging curiosity and exploration.

Every year in autumn, the Quai des Savoirs hosts the “Lumières sur le quai” festival, where contemporary art meets science.

Main spaces

• “Le Quai des Petits” : a space dedicated to children aged 2 to 7 to discover science while having fun.
• The "Creative Plateau" : a place dedicated to invention and sharing, and to exchange in order to find solutions to simple problems.
• A temporary exhibition space where exhibitions organized during the "Lights on the Quay" festival take place.
