The Saint-Pierre des Chartreux Church, located in Toulouse, is a remarkable historical monument. It owes its name to the Carthusian monastic community that built it at the beginning of the 17th century.

Construction began in 1602, following the settlement of the Carthusians in Toulouse after their convent in Saix burned down. The church was consecrated in 1612 by Cardinal François de Sourdis.

After the French Revolution, the monks were expelled and the convent was converted into an arsenal.
