  Passing through Saint Lary on the GR 78. Very disappointed with this 3-star hotel... the room (no. 4): only 1 towel (ladies... if you have long hair... you'll have to do without the hair towel...), tiny shower cubicle, no soap near the sink, under the eaves (= imagine the heat in the middle of summer... should this room be equipped with a fan?), damaged linoleum on the floor, narrow and steep stairs to access the bed and shower. Restaurant: if you book a room it is mandatory to take half-board. Meal quite disappointing: piece of plastic found in the meat and pieces of egg shell in the dessert.... breakfast: in a special room, near room no. 8: you will be asked not to make noise so as not to disturb the guests of this room. Finally, in general, review the reception... when you are honest with the managers about the few problems of the hotel, you are told that sometimes, they come across customers "like me": which means dear Sir? I regret this choice... used to better in terms of service from Logis Hôtel... I would like to point out that the manager, after discussion, offered another room, fresher and gave soap. Perhaps a bad experience for me, 1 bad day, 1 bad time? And that my experience is an isolated incident.
