  Outside of school holidays, nightly rentals are convenient and reasonably priced. A few minor repairs (a door that rubs or doesn't close, a toilet seat that doesn't stay closed) are needed, but they won't detract from your stay. You're in the village and not far from the Skyvall lift.

  The residence is very nice: clean, pleasant, and well-equipped. Its immediate proximity to the Balnéa spa is a real plus. However, a major drawback is the lack of peace and quiet. During our stay, some vacationers, particularly from Spain, did not respect the rules of communal living. There was noise late into the night, with very loud music until after 1 a.m. on several nights, despite requests to turn the volume down. Even in the spa, where it is clearly stated not to talk, quiet was not respected. This is truly a shame, especially in a place supposedly dedicated to rest and relaxation. We paid for our stay like everyone else and should be able to sleep whenever we want without being disturbed (i.e., from 10:30/11 p.m. onwards). When you're not at home, you adapt to the rules of the place and avoid disturbing others.

  Beautiful location in a charming village at the foot of the Val Louron and Peyragudes (accessible by cable car). Check-in was extremely complicated. It was impossible to arrive before 4:00 PM, and there was a 45-minute wait to get the key. The two hosts were completely overwhelmed, although charming. The online check-in system was not working. It wouldn't have been useful anyway. No skip-the-line!
