      What a pleasure to settle into a green and wooded campsite in Moulis, on the road to Castillon!

      Don't be surprised if Isabelle is also a bus driver and therefore can't always greet you upon arrival. Rest assured, she remains available by email or text message if you have any questions or need information. Settle in independently on one of the 25 available pitches (67 are reserved annually) ; all the information will be provided at the time of booking. This friendly, family-run campsite offers shaded pitches in a peaceful natural setting, with electrical hookups – ideal for setting up a tent, caravan, or motorhome. Five mobile homes for 2 to 6 people are also available for rent on-site, accessible via a key box system. Escape for as long as you like to Camping Amour d'Ariège!

      Moulis is a charming, verdant village perfect for family hikers. Pilgrims on the Way of St. James also enjoy strolling through its magnificent and varied landscape, while fishing enthusiasts delight in trying their luck with trout in the Lez River and the streams at the edge of the campsite. Nestled in a lush green setting, Lake Bethmale in the Couserans region is another great spot for fishing, thanks to a day fishing permit. You'll be captivated by its emerald waters, which guarantee a complete change of scenery, whatever the season. You can also admire the Pyrenees mountain range from the sky during a paragliding course.

      Moulis boasts numerous sites to discover, such as the local heritage site , "La Carrière de Marbre" (The Marble Quarry) in Aubert, where an open house is held every year in early August, bringing together renowned sculptors – come and meet them! Admire the 12th-century Romanesque church of Luzenac with its remarkable twelve-sided bell tower, pierced by two stories of arched bays separated by twin columns. You can also explore the old grain and oil mill, visit the "Palais des Évêques" museum (formerly a prison and asylum), which will reveal the history of the Couserans region. Wander through the hamlets and localities and uncover all their secrets! Along the way, you can enjoy cheeses, tarts, honey, and even pizzas – delicious products made by local artisans, delighted to share their specialties with you.
